The microproof® Legionella quantification LyoKit enables rapid, quantitative detection of Legionella species, L. pneumophila, and L. pneumophila serogroup 1 in water samples using real-time PCR technology. This lyophilized PCR kit offers reliable detection down to 3 GU/reaction and quantification from 10 GU/reaction, meeting ISO/TS 12869:2019 specifications. It is ideal for water quality testing in cooling towers, hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities. The kit includes internal controls and quantification standards for accurate results and features colony confirmation capability.
