           EasyClean 500 เป็นระบบทำความสะอาดและสอบเทียบเซนเซอร์แบบอัตโนมัติสำหรับกระบวนการผลิต มาพร้อมกับโปรแกรมที่ตั้งค่าไว้ล่วงหน้าถึง 6 โปรแกรม และยังสามารถปรับแต่งเพิ่มเติมได้อีก 2 โปรแกรมตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ผู้ปฏิบัติงานสามารถเปิดใช้งานโปรแกรมระยะไกลผ่านระบบควบคุม DCS หรือ PLC ได้สะดวก เช่น การตั้งค่าให้ทำความสะอาดเซนเซอร์ทุก 3 ชั่วโมง เป็นระยะเวลา 5 วินาที ซึ่งระบบจะทำงานตามคำสั่งที่กำหนดไว้โดยอัตโนมัติในทุกๆ รอบเวลา จึงเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อทั้งวิศวกรควบคุมกระบวนการและทีมงานซ่อมบำรุง

           The EasyClean 500 is an automated cleaning and calibration system for process sensors. It comes with six predefined programs and allows users to customize two additional programs according to operational needs. Users can activate these programs remotely via DCS or PLC systems. For example, if the system is set to clean a sensor every 3 hours for 5 seconds, it will automatically run the specified program at each 3-hour interval. This functionality is highly beneficial for both process control engineers and maintenance teams.
