The intelligent wing processing and portioning machine utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and highly advanced camera technology to individually qualify and portion each wing. It can detect defects such as blood spots, broken bones, and skin damage, and automatically remove B-grade wings before processing. It offers a processing capacity of up to 8,000 wings per hour and can make precision cuts for wing tips, mid wings, and drumettes while weighing and delivering each part onto an integrated tray system.
