     เครื่องขึ้นรูปผลิตภัณฑ์ FS 510 ได้รับการออกแบบเพื่อขึ้นรูปผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีหน้าตัดหลากหลายได้ตั้งแต่ 6 ถึง 24 เลน สามารถขึ้นรูปวัตถุดิบที่มีเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางได้สูงสุด 80 มม. และความยาวสูงถึง 20 มม. รูปร่างของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ต้องการถูกสร้างขึ้นโดยแม่พิมพ์ขึ้นรูปผ่านท่อขึ้นรูปบริเวณด้านท้าย ด้วยการตัดแบ่งและคัดแยกอย่างนุ่มนวลส่งผลให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพสูง เครื่องขึ้นรูปนี้ติดตั้งระบบมอเตอร์เซอร์โวที่ช่วยให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ไหลผ่านหัวพิมพ์ขึ้นรูปได้อย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยแรงดันคงที่ จึงส่งผลให้น้ำหนักสุดท้ายมีความแม่นยำมากยิ่งขึ้น มีกำลังการผลิตสูงถึง 250 รอบต่อนาที

     The FS 510 forming system is designed for multi-lane production from 6 to 24-lane to form products of varying cross-sections and feed materials with diameters up to 80 mm and 20 mm in length. The desired product shape is created using forming dies with forming tubes positioned at the outlet. The gentle portioning and separating process also produces first-class product quality. The active servo-driven flow divider helps the products flow out through the mold constantly without pressure fluctuations, thus creating more accurate final weights with a high production output of up to 250 cycles per minute.
