          ผ่านไปแล้วกับงาน ProPak Asia 2025 งานแสดงเทคโนโลยีด้านกระบวนการผลิต การแปรรูป และบรรจุภัณฑ์ชั้นนำระดับเอเชีย ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 11–14 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา โดยงานนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมจัดแสดงสินค้าและเทคโนโลยีกว่า 2,000 รายจากทั้งหมด 42 ประเทศ ซึ่งสามารถสร้างมูลค่าการค้าและการเจรจาธุรกิจสูงถึง 5.5 พันล้านบาท  

          นอกจากบทบาทในฐานะเวทีจัดแสดงสินค้าและนวัตกรรมระดับนานาชาติแล้ว ProPak Asia ยังมุ่งมั่นในการเป็นศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือของผู้ประกอบการ ผู้คิดค้นนวัตกรรม และผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากทั่วโลก เพื่อยกระดับกระบวนการผลิตและบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืนมากขึ้น โดยงาน ProPak Asia ปีนี้ จัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งที่ 32 ภายใต้คอนเซปต์ “Carbon-Neutral Pathways to a Sustainable Processing and Packaging Ecosystem” ที่มุ่งส่งเสริมการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร ผ่านนำเสนอนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีล้ำสมัย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการผลิตอัจฉริยะ ระบบอัตโนมัติ การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ยุคดิจิทัล และบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

          ทีมงานนิตยสารฟู้ด โฟกัส ไทยแลนด์ ได้เข้าร่วมงาน ProPak Asia 2025 ในฐานะสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์สนับสนุนหลักของงานนี้ พร้อมมีโอกาสสัมภาษณ์บริษัทผู้ผลิตและผู้นำเข้าเทคโนโลยีชั้นนำทางด้านเครื่องจักรการผลิต การบรรจุ และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับ “การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ” ทั้งในแง่ของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตอย่างแม่นยำ เพื่อช่วยลดการสูญเสียและการใช้ทรัพยากรที่ไม่จำเป็น ซึ่งส่งผลโดยตรงต่อการลดปริมาณก๊าซคาร์บอน พร้อมสนับสนุนการก้าวสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนอย่างยั่งยืน

          ProPak Asia 2025 stood out as one of Asia’s leading platforms for showcasing advanced technologies in processing, manufacturing, and packaging. Held from June 11–14, 2025, at BITEC Bangna, the event brought together more than 2,000 exhibitors from 42 countries and generating over THB 5.5 billion in trade and business negotiations.
