Columbit was founded in 1937 when Ernest Zeh emigrated from Germany to South Africa. With roots first embedded in the wine industry, Columbit soon widened its offering to the broader food and beverage industries. Today, Columbit supplies the wine, food, and beverage industries in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa with high-quality processing and packaging equipment, food ingredients, and packaging materials, all underpinned by excellent technical support.
