Intralogistics in Food Manufacturing

การบริหารการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร นอกจากการดำเนินงานควบคุมการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผน ผลิตสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพตามความต้องการของลูกค้าและมีความปลอดภัยต่อผู้บริโภคแล้ว ยังต้องควบคุมการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพลดการสูญเสียและค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็น ในขณะที่ประเภทสินค้าและเทคโนโลยีการผลิตที่แตกต่างกันทำให้ต้องมีรายละเอียดการควบคุมการดำเนินงานที่แตกต่างกัน  ระบบโลจิสติกส์ภายในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตอาหาร (Intralogistics in Food Manufacturing) จึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนให้การผลิตในโรงงานอาหารเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย ทั้งนี้การดำเนินงานโลจิสติกส์ภายในโรงงานที่เหมาะสม ต้องพิจารณาประเด็นสำคัญดังต่อไปนี้
