Brookfield PFT powder flow tester provides rapid characterization of powder flow behavior for food manufacturing and processing applications. It evaluates powder flowability, discharge performance, and handling characteristics to support process optimization and quality control. The system offers Flow Function, Time Consolidated Flow Function, Wall Friction, and Bulk Density tests. Results include flow index, arching dimension, rat-hole diameter, hopper half angle, gravity chute angle, and bulk density curve.
