X56 DXD+ is the latest X-ray inspection system that combines Dual Energy Photon Counting Detector (DXD+) technology with AMD Pro software and advanced material discrimination algorithms to enhance the detection of hard-to-find contaminants and low-density foreign materials, such as calcified bone, rubber, and glass, even in complex and overlapping food products. By improving contamination detection sensitivity while minimizing False Reject Rates, the system helps manufacturers achieve higher levels of food safety, product quality, brand protection, and regulatory compliance throughout the production process.
