Gericke RotaVal is an industrial valve featuring stainless steel internals polished to a smooth surface roughness (Ra) of 0.8 µm or better, preventing sticky products and ingredients from adhering to the valve interior. It is suitable for processing spray-dried milk powders, coagulated milk proteins, and other viscous dairy products. The proprietary rotary valve design enables continuous powder transfer while minimizing high-friction dead zones. This eliminates the risk of product buildup and bacterial contamination, ensuring hygienic and efficient operation.
