The TWS-125 industrial food washing machine features a compact design suitable for small quantities and a wide variety of raw materials. It is equipped with the proprietary “clear wave water stream” technology, which operates through a single ejector tap-water, circulating water, and low-pressure air simultaneously. The water stream is also shot in a zigzag pattern from ejectors on both sides of the washing tank. This system generates gentle water flow and fine foam that effectively removes small contaminants from various types of ingredients without causing damage.
