Bacterial contamination in food production facilities such as meat and seafood can be prevented with a suitable process and proper container washers. The Hobart FUX-C is a container washer that can be customized to accommodate a wide range of container sizes. It is able to wash a 60 x 40 cm container with a capacity of up to 300 pieces/hour using only 240 liters of water. In addition, the operation cost is cheaper than manual washing and requires only one operator to control the washer. It can also be connected to the existing system immediately.
