Sanistar SS-1000 เป็นเครื่องผลิตน้ำสำหรับฆ่าเชื้อโรคโดยใช้กระบวนการอิเล็กโทรลิซิส ที่เกิดจากการแตกประจุกรดไฮโดรคลอริกในน้ำ จึงทำให้เป็นน้ำประจุกรดอ่อน สามารถนำมาใช้ฆ่าเชื้อแบคทีเรียและไวรัสได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีความเข้มข้นของคลอรีนในปริมาณเพียง 10-30 ppm เท่านั้น จึงมีความปลอดภัยต่อการนำมาใช้ทำความสะอาดและฆ่าเชื้อวัตถุดิบประเภทต่างๆ เช่น ผัก ผลไม้ เนื้อสัตว์ รวมถึงเครื่องจักร พื้นผิวสัมผัสและมือของพนักงาน นอกจากนี้ น้ำที่ผลิตได้ยังมีกลิ่นคลอรีนน้อย ลดโอกาสการเกิดสนิมและเชื้อราได้อีกด้วย

Sanistar SS-1000 is a water generator for disinfection by electrolysis, thus making the slightly acidic electrolyzed water from diluting hydrochloric acid with water. It can be used for disinfection of bacteria and viruses effectively. Slightly acidic electrolyzed water consists of chlorine in low dilution of about 10-30 ppm. It can be applied for safely cleaning and sanitizing food such as vegetables, fruit, and meat to production machines, surfaces, and hands. It leads to eliminating chlorine odors, corrosion, and mold.
