The stainless-steel kettle works with automation that can rise up-down the mixing pan and agitator by electric system. This agitator also adjusts the rotation speed following the product type, making it easy to operate and clean. The machine has a standard and safety system. There are various sizes from 50 - 600 liters and can be used in processing lines such as boil, fry, curry paste, deep fry, and stir (Thai sweet, filling) as well as adaptable for a wide variety of food.
