Held from May 3 to 8, the event welcomed over 63,000 visitors from 144 countries, all converging to explore cutting-edge technologies, breakthrough innovations, and sustainable solutions shaping the evolving protein landscape. With over 1,000 exhibitors from 52 nations, the show floor buzzed with robotic arms, AI-powered systems, sustainable packaging, and a wealth of alternative protein innovations.

          For us at Food Focus Thailand, the visit was not merely about observing global trends—it was an opportunity to reflect on how these advancements could empower Thailand’s food processing sector. As a significant regional player in poultry, seafood, and ready-to-eat products, Thailand stands at a strategic crossroads: rising production costs, export competitiveness challenges, and a tightening labor market. IFFA 2025 made it clear that automation, smart technologies, and sustainable protein innovations are no longer optional—they are essential for maintaining our leadership in the global market.
