ก้าวสำคัญของ FPT ครั้งนี้ คือการนำเสนอโรงงานเสมือนจริงที่เราเรียกว่า Food Campus โดยมีความยาวของพื้นที่ถึง 50 เมตร ถูกออกแบบ และจัดวางไลน์การผลิตอาหารไว้อย่างครบครัน พร้อมแบ่งโซนเหมือนโรงงานการผลิตอาหารจริงทุกประการ ทั้งโซนเสี่ยงสูง เสี่ยงกลาง และเสี่ยงต่ำ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน GFSI

 

เมื่อมองลึกลงในรายละเอียดของ Food Campus เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องจักรเทคโนโลยีล้ำสมัยถูกจัดวางเอาไว้รอผู้ผลิต และผู้ที่ชื่นชอบในการทดลองผลิตอาหารแบบผสมผสานเพื่อก้าวสู่ระดับอุตสาหกรรมเอาไว้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ นอกจากนี้ ที่ FPT เรายังเชื่อว่า ผู้คนคือ "จิตวิญญาณ" ของห้องครัว ดังนั้น เราจึงเตรียมทีมงานมืออาชีพทั้ง มาสเตอร์เชฟ นักวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร วิศวกร ที่ปรึกษาโครงการ สถาปนิก ทีมงานประกันคุณภาพ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านไอที เอาไว้เพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงลึก แนวคิดใหม่ๆ และเทรนด์ล่าสุดที่สำคัญเพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ร่วมกัน

FPT is building up the largest Food Campus in this region. The 50meters long campus situated right at the heart of the "Kitchen of the world" is setup to mimic a full-fledged factory facility. It comprises of High, Medium, and Low risk zones that conformed to the stringent GFSI standard (Global Food Safety Initiative).

 

Food Campus is also equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment and technologies for food enthusiasts to experiment with the right recipes for that perfect food fusion! Most crucially, in FPT, we believe people is the "SOUL" of the kitchen. Our team of professionals encompasses Master Chefs, Food scientists, Engineers, Project Consultants, Architects, QA, and IT specialists.
