Texture Analyser is a versatile single-column instrument for evaluating the physical and mechanical properties of products and materials. It offers a force capacity of up to 50 kgf (500 N) and a speed range of 0.01–40 mm/s for testing hardness, fracturability, adhesiveness, gel strength, and extensibility across food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, gels, adhesives, and other consumer products. The instrument supports compression and tension testing of solid, semi-solid, viscous liquid, powder, and granulate materials. With Exponent Connect Software enables convenient operation and data management via PC, tablet, or mobile device.
