GNT’s EXBERRY® Annatto OS Intense can be used to achieve bright orange shades in fat-based applications. The oil-soluble color has a very high intensity that supports low dosages and low cost-in-use. It has no impact on flavor and is very stable in wide-ranging applications including snack seasonings, breadings, baked goods, and processed meat and fish. It is made from annatto seeds and processed using a gentle, alkaline water-based extraction method. It may be labeled as "color (annatto bixin)” in Thailand, “color: Annatto bixin” in the EU, and “annatto extract color” in the United States.
