The latest technology of the Liquid Nitrogen Dosing machine is the NovoDoser 2000DSC equipped with an electric servo motor. The dose weight accuracy is up to +/-1% of the used liquid nitrogen. The doser also integrates with the heat purging system and can be defrosted within 3 minutes through a 60-degree Celsius heating panel. The device is also designed to save up to 10 recipes. We also provide the most extended vacuum warranty, up to 5 years.
